Privacy notice for this form
When you send feedback, the form posts to our own website server. Our systems then add it to our customer relationship tool (HighLevel, also known as LeadConnector) so we can read it and reply if needed.
We receive the resource you chose, your three multiple-choice answers, your optional comment, your email address, the page the form was sent from, any campaign tags in the page address and the time. A hidden anti-spam field is also checked.
We use feedback only to decide what to improve. It is never used as a testimonial or quoted publicly without your separate permission, and it does not go to any AI provider. We do not ask for health information, and we ask you not to send it. We do not sell personal data. To ask us to access, correct or delete your details, use the contact form. Your completed notes stay with you.
