Delivery and Refund Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Healthy Nail Solutions (healthynailsolutions.com) delivers its free resources and how to get help with them. It also explains what will happen before any paid product from this site is offered.

None of the free resources depend on buying anything. Explore the free resources.

2. How the free visit kit is delivered

The Nail and Foot-Care Visit Kit is free. The downloads ask for your first name and email first:

• Visit kit and quick-start files: enter your first name and email on the free visit kit page, or in the short box that opens when you select a download. We send you a short email; reply VERIFY to it and we email you the link to the files. You can save the Nail and Foot-Care Visit Kit (PDF in US Letter or A4, editable DOCX, or one ZIP with all three) and the quick-start files: the 7-Day Nail Care Notes and Appointment Planner, the Appointment Question Card and the Care Instruction Capture Template, each as a PDF and an editable DOCX, Letter size.
• Browser tools: the blank pack builder, the question prompt bank on the Question Card page and the reminder file run in your browser. They save and send nothing you type, and reloading the page clears them. The pack builder and the reminder file come with the free kit sign-up; the prompt bank is open to everyone.
• Email: when you sign up, we first send a short email asking you to reply VERIFY. Once you do, we email you the download link as soon as your reply arrives. Then come 4 short tip emails over 11 days (about days 2, 4, 7 and 11), and then the series ends. Nothing is for sale, and every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Save the files to your own device so you do not depend on an email or the website to reach them later. Nothing you write in the files is sent to us.

3. Opening files and access support

For help with downloading, printing, saving as PDF or editing the DOCX, see File Access Help. If our confirmation email or the email with your link does not arrive, the missing-email steps explain what to check.

If a file still does not work, use the contact form and choose the topic closest to the problem. Tell us the file name, your device and the app you used.

4. Refunds

Because every resource is free and nothing is sold, there are no purchases to refund. We do not collect card details and do not use a checkout or payment processor.

5. Any future paid product

No paid product exists today, so no refund terms are in effect; if one is ever offered, its delivery, support and refund terms will be published here first. See the paid tools status page.

6. Purchases from other sellers

This policy covers only what this site itself provides. Our buying guides end with Amazon search links, and as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Any purchase you make there is with Amazon or the seller on Amazon. Their own delivery, return, refund and privacy policies apply, and we do not process those orders. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

7. How to send a request

Use the contact form for any question about access or delivery. Keep your message about the file or the request. Leave out health details and photos, and never send payment card details.

8. Changes to this policy

We update this page when the way we deliver resources changes, and before any paid product is offered. The date at the top shows the latest version.
