Practical preparation for nail and foot-care visits · Organizing help, not medical advice

Email preferences

Your inbox. Your choice.

Signing up brings 4 short tip emails, then the series ends. Here is how to stop them at any time. Your free resources stay yours.

Two kinds of email

We send two different kinds of email. Only one of them is promotional, and it ends after 4 short emails.

Requested resource delivery

When you request the free visit kit, we first send a short email, usually within a few minutes, asking you to reply VERIFY. As soon as your reply arrives, we send one email with a link to your download page, with the subject “Your free nail and foot visit kit”, from Healthy Nail Solutions (hns@mail.thesmartlearningpath.com). It is sent because you asked for it, and it is separate from marketing.

On request

Short promotional follow-up

4 short visit-preparation tips over 11 days, sent to everyone who signs up and replies VERIFY. They are tips, not sales emails: nothing in them is for sale. Then the series ends. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

How to stop promotional follow-up

There is no account or online preference page to sign in to. Use either of these two routes.

Use the unsubscribe link.

Open any follow-up email from Healthy Nail Solutions, scroll to the bottom and select the unsubscribe link. This changes the choice for the address that email was sent to.

Or write to us.

Use the contact form, choose the topic “Email preferences” and give the email address you want removed from promotional follow-up. Please leave out health details.

If you use more than one email address, change the choice for each address you used on the request form.

You asked for the confirmation email, which usually arrives within a few minutes, and the delivery email, sent as soon as you reply VERIFY. Promotional email is the 4 short tip emails that follow; none of them sells a product, and you can stop them at any time.

Changing your email choice does not remove your access to free resources, including these two.

A few helpful answers

Do I need promotional emails to get the kit?

No. Signing up for the kit also starts 4 short tip emails, but you can unsubscribe at any time, and that does not change your access to the files.

How many follow-up emails will I get?

4 short tip emails over 11 days, about 2, 4, 7 and 11 days after you reply VERIFY. The fourth is the last one; then the series ends. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

How do I change the choice for the right email address?

Use the unsubscribe link in a follow-up email sent to that address, or name that exact address when you write to us through the contact form.

Does unsubscribing delete my information?

No. Unsubscribing stops promotional email. To ask us to access, correct or delete your details, use the contact form. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep.

Keep personal notes private.

Do not send photos, medicine lists or completed health notes in an email reply or a form. Keep them on your own device or with your own paperwork.

These resources organize information and do not diagnose or recommend treatment. Read our Privacy Policy.

Need help with your email choice?

Use the contact form and choose “Email preferences”. For a missing kit email, start with the steps in File Access Help.
