Information and choices
Privacy Policy
How the information you send us is used, and the choices available to you. We do not ask for health information, and we ask you not to send it.

Who this notice covers
This notice is published by Healthy Nail Solutions (healthynailsolutions.com). It covers your visits to the site, the free browser tools, the email sign-up for free downloads, and messages or feedback you send through the site. For any privacy question, use our contact form.
What we collect
Through forms, we collect only what you type into a form, plus a few details about how the form was sent. The free downloads, the pack builder and the reminder file ask for your first name and email; browsing the question prompts needs no form.
| Download sign-up | Your first name, your email address and, for a download, which file you asked for. |
|---|---|
| Contact form | Your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. |
| Feedback form | The resource you used, your three multiple-choice answers, an optional comment and your email address. |
| With every form | The page the form was sent from, any campaign tags in the page address (UTM tags) and the time it was sent. |
Each form also has a hidden anti-spam field, which we check to filter out automated sign-ups.
We do not ask for health information. Please do not send photos, symptoms, diagnoses, medicine lists, completed notes or anyone else’s personal information.
How your details reach us
Our forms send your details to our own server, at the site’s endpoint /api/lead-inbox. Our systems then add them to our customer relationship management (CRM) system, HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector). We use those records to deliver the free files and to reply to you.
Download sign-up and follow-up
- Email to download. The free downloads ask for your first name and email address, on the free visit kit page or in the short box that opens when you select a download. We then send a short email, usually within a few minutes, asking you to reply VERIFY, so we know the address is yours. When your reply arrives, we send one email with the download link, because you asked for it.
- A download pass. Opening the link in that email sets two small cookies on this site so your browser can open the free files for up to a year without asking again. They hold no name or email address and are not used for counting or tracking.
- A confirmation step. We send the download link and the tip emails only after you reply VERIFY from the address you gave, so no one else can sign your address up for them. Nothing in any of them is for sale.
- Short tip series. Signing up also enrolls you in 4 short tip emails over 11 days (about days 2, 4, 7 and 11), and then the series ends. Unsubscribing does not change your access to anything.
- Unsubscribe any time. There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
- Contact and feedback messages do not subscribe you to anything.
Emails are sent through HighLevel’s email service.
Cookieless counting
To see which pages and tools are useful, the site counts page views, button, download and affiliate-link clicks, form submissions, and when a tool is started or completed. For each count we store only the site, the page path, the event type and the date, kept as daily totals.
- No cookies are set for counting.
- No visitor IDs. Counts are daily totals, not records of individual visitors.
- Nothing you type is counted or stored.
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts. Our fonts are hosted on our own server.
Server access logs
Like most web servers, ours still keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, page and time). We use them for security and troubleshooting.
The free browser tools
The blank pack builder, the question prompts and the reminder file run only in your browser (the pack builder and the reminder file open after the same sign-up as the downloads). Nothing you type into them is saved or sent to us, and reloading the page clears it. Pages you print or save as PDF, and the .ics reminder file you download, stay on your own device.
AI and your data
No AI tools run on this site, and nothing you type is sent to one. No visitor data goes to any AI provider: not your form messages, your feedback or anything typed into the browser tools. Some of our pages are drafted with AI assistance and checked against our written rules and cited sources, as our Editorial Policy explains; that drafting does not use visitor data.
Downloads, links and payments
The downloadable files are static. Nothing you write in them reaches us. Our buying guides link to Amazon search results with our Amazon Associates tracking ID; as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon’s reports to us show which items were ordered, not who ordered them. If you follow a link, Amazon’s own privacy notice and cookies apply. Nothing is sold here, so there is no checkout and no payment processor.
Who handles your details for us
- HighLevel (LeadConnector): email sending and contact records.
- Hostinger: hosting. The site runs on a virtual private server operated for us by Hostinger.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep details
Your contact record stays in our CRM so we can deliver what you asked for, reply to you and respect your email choices. You can ask us to delete it at any time, as described below.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your details through our contact form.
- Stop promotional email with the unsubscribe link in any follow-up email, or read Email Preferences.
- Browse the question prompts without giving any details; the free downloads, the pack builder and the reminder file ask only for your first name and email.
Changes to this notice
If our data practices change, for example if we change what we count or add another affiliate program, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions about this notice can be sent through our contact form. Please leave out personal health details.
Your notes stay with you.
Download the free Nail and Foot-Care Visit Kit with your first name and email, and keep your completed notes with you.
Free: enter your first name and email, reply VERIFY to our short email, and we email you the link. Then 4 short tip emails over 11 days, each with an unsubscribe link. Nothing is for sale.
