About this site

Healthy Nail Solutions (healthynailsolutions.com) provides free planning and note-organizing resources for adults and caregivers preparing for nail- or foot-care visits. By using the site and its files, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Organization tools, not medical advice

Our pages and files help you prepare questions, record instructions and keep notes. They do not diagnose any condition, recommend a treatment or promise a result, and they do not replace advice from a qualified health professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Our Educational and Medical Scope explains these limits.

Using the free resources

Our free resources are the Nail and Foot-Care Visit Kit (a printable PDF in US Letter or A4, an editable DOCX, and one ZIP with all three) and the quick-start files (the 7-Day Nail Care Notes and Appointment Planner, the Appointment Question Card and the Care Instruction Capture Template, each as a printable PDF and an editable DOCX), plus browser tools: a blank pack builder, a question prompt bank and a reminder file. For the files, and for the blank pages you print or save from the pack builder, you may:

• download, print, fill in and edit your own copies for personal and household use;
• keep using and copying the pages for as long as you like, without buying anything;
• print and share unmodified copies with family members, caregivers or a care professional.

You may not:

• sell, resell or charge for the files, or include them in a product you sell;
• share edited copies as if they were our original files;
• republish the files or our pages on another website or platform.

Intellectual property

The text, design, images and downloadable files on this site belong to Healthy Nail Solutions, unless a page says otherwise. The name “Healthy Nail Solutions” and its logo may not be used to suggest that we endorse or partner with you. Sources we cite belong to their publishers, and any product or company names belong to their owners.

Responsible use and private notes

Caregivers should have permission before recording or sharing another person’s information. Please do not send photos, symptoms, diagnoses, medicine lists or completed notes through our forms or by email. Nothing you write in our files is sent to us, and the browser tools save and send nothing you type. Our Privacy Policy explains what the forms collect, and File Access Help explains opening, editing and printing. Formatting can vary between apps, so check your saved copy before printing.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep our pages accurate and current, and we link the sources we rely on. Information can still change after we publish it. Check important details with the original source or a qualified professional. Our Editorial Policy explains how to report a correction.

Third-party links and purchases

Some pages link to other websites, such as cited sources. We do not control those sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Our buying guides end with Amazon search links, and as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Any purchase you make there is between you and Amazon or the seller on Amazon, under their own price, delivery, return and privacy terms. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains how the links are labeled.

Free resources only

No paid product exists and nothing is sold on this site. There is no checkout, no purchase to refund, and no free resource requires a purchase. The downloads ask only for your first name and email; we email you the link after you reply VERIFY to our short email, followed by 4 short tip emails over 11 days, each with an unsubscribe link. Our Delivery and Refund Policy explains how the free visit kit is delivered.

A paid pack builder may be offered in future; see the toolkit status page. Terms for any future paid product will be published on this page before it is sold. These terms do not cover any purchase, because there is none.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
